No site do CIC diz que voce nao recebera resposta se seu processo em uma das condicoes abaixo:

Fica tranquilo que se o correio acusou que foi entregue entao o jeito eh esperar e quanto faltar algum documento a unica forma de saber vai ser quando eles entrarem em contato.
Eu acho que primeiro eles debitam e depois eles fazem a analise que demora em torno de mais 3 semanas.
Em outro forum o pessoal que enviou a documentacao no dia 12/Dez para NS ja estao recebendo o e-mail de confirmacao de abertura do processo.
